By accessing or using the Nemiton website and digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Our digital products are for educational purposes. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell or redistribute our materials.
Our products are instant-access digital downloads. Once a file has been delivered it cannot be returned, so all sales are final: we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. This policy is disclosed before purchase on every product page.
Before buying, please read the full contents list for the product and confirm it covers what you need. If you are not sure a product is right for you, start with our free guides — they are complete and fully sourced, and show you the standard of the paid material before you spend anything. If you have a question before purchasing, email support@nemiton.com and we will answer honestly, including telling you when a product is not the right fit.
Delivery problems are not refund requests. If a download link fails, or a file is corrupt or incorrect, contact support@nemiton.com and we will put it right straight away, at no cost to you.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller of record for your transaction. Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms apply to the payment itself, and Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund at its discretion independently of this policy.

Nemiton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or products.
